Shane Seelig

Shane has a decade of investment banking and private equity experience, primarily assisting technology entrepreneurs on M&A and capital raising transactions. Shane has executed over $10 billion in transaction volume over his career. 

Prior to his career in investment banking, Shane was an investor at Guidepost, a large technology-focused growth equity fund, where he was responsible for originating and executing investments into privately-held software companies. Shane also has strong operational experience as an early employee at BigPanda, a $1.2B AIOps SaaS company, where he focused on growth marketing and product management.

Zach Haarer

Zach Haarer is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Kaizen Equity Partners, a sell-side investment bank focused exclusively on software and internet businesses. Over his career, Zach has executed more than $10 billion in mergers, acquisitions, and capital raises across the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors.


Before founding Kaizen, Zach served as a Director at PEAK Technology Partners, where he advised high-growth technology companies on strategic and financial transactions. Earlier in his career, he worked at Arbor Advisors, StepStone Group, and Spencer Trask Ventures, gaining deep experience across investment banking, private equity, and venture capital.


Zach holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of San Diego School of Business and maintains Series 79 and Series 63 registrations.

Christian Williams

Christian Williams is a Senior Associate at Kaizen Equity Partners.


Before joining Kaizen, Christian was an Associate at PEAK Technology Partners and a Software Investor at K1 Investment Management, where he specialized in sourcing, analyzing, and executing investments in high-growth B2B SaaS companies.


Christian began his professional journey in the United States Air Force, where he served as a Senior Air Traffic Control Watch Supervisor, overseeing 180,000 annual aircraft operations and earning multiple commendations for leadership and performance. He holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the University of Southern California, in Business Administration and Industrial & Systems Engineering, respectively.
